▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based high-aqueous radiating coating comprises 12-15 wt.% oxide graphene composite, 35-45 wt.% aqueous organosilicon modified acrylic resin, 5-10 wt.% aqueous amino resin, 3-5 wt.% carbon nanotube, 2-4 wt.% dispersant, 1-3 wt.% flatting agent, and water (balance). USE - Used as graphene-based high-aqueous radiating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environmentally friendly, has high heat dissipation, high salt fog resistance, has good adhesion to aluminum alloys and various metal parts, good secondary machinability, resistant to bending, is suitable for electronic metal inner shell parts and inner components, and has high social use value and application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based high-aqueous radiating coating, comprising (A) adding aqueous silicone modified acrylic resin, dispersant and water into 500 mL reaction tank, (B) evenly mixing, adding graphene oxide composite, carbon nanotubes, and flatting agent in sequence, (C) uniformly mixing the mixture, adding grinding zirconium beads twice the total weight of the components, and dispersing the coating in the mixer at 1500 revolutions/minute for 2 hours, (D) adding aqueous amino resin again, re-dispersing the coating at 1200 revolutions/minute, and measuring the fineness of the coating at any time, and (E) when the fineness of the component is not less than 50 mu m, filtering out impurities using 200 mesh screen to obtain target coating.
