▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a thermally conductive composite material comprises obtaining three-dimensional porous graphene by laser processing polybenzoxazine resin as a heat conduction path, casting polymer fluid into the pores contained in the three-dimensional porous graphene, removing the solvent and/or heating to 80-350 degrees C and curing for 5-12 hours to obtain a thermally conductive composite material. USE - The method for preparing thermally conductive composite material for use in the radiating field of electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient, and has strong operability. The material realizes directional heat transfer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermally conductive composite material obtained by the method as mentioned above.
