NOVELTY - Preparing dyeing finishing agent based on graphene oxide, comprises preparing graphene oxide. The graphene oxide and potassium hydroxide solid prepared in the above step are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1:1-6 and then ground uniformly, and then the crushed and mixed materials are heated at 600-1000 degrees C for 40-120min in an inert gas atmosphere. Then after heating, the mixture is rinsed with deionized water until the rinse water is neutral, and then dried the graphene oxide at a temperature of 40-80 degrees C to obtain pretreated graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing dyeing finishing agent based on graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare dyeing finishing agent based on graphene oxide, which improve the antibacterial properties of the treated fabric, and improves the color fastness of dyes and modifying graphite oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing dyeing finishing agent based on graphene oxide, comprises preparing graphene oxide. The graphene oxide and potassium hydroxide solid prepared in the above step are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1:1-6 and then ground uniformly, and then the crushed and mixed materials are heated at 600-1000 degrees C for 40-120min in an inert gas atmosphere. Then after heating, the mixture is rinsed with deionized water until the rinse water is neutral, and then dried the graphene oxide at a temperature of 40-80 degrees C to obtain pretreated graphene oxide. The polyurethane and the pretreated graphene oxide obtained are added to tetrahydrofuran separately, and after ultrasonic treatment made the pretreated graphene oxide uniformly dispersed in tetrahydrofuran, it is added to the polyurethane solution in tetrahydrofuran, and after ultrasonic treatment for 1-3h, solid-liquid separation is performed, the solid phase materials is washed with tetrahydrofuran, and highly dispersed graphene oxide is obtained after tetrahydrofuran volatilizes. The highly dispersed graphene oxide is added with N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically dispersed to obtain a highly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion, where the concentration mass of the highly dispersed graphene oxide is 2-10g/100mL. The sugar is added to the organic solvent, heated and stirred until it is completely dissolved, then the modified graphene oxide is added to it, after ultrasonic dispersion, the reaction is kept at 120-140 degrees C for 48-72h. The solid-liquid separation removes the solvent. The solution rinses the solid phase substance to remove the unreacted chitosan, and then it is dried at 60-80 degrees C to obtain the finished dyeing finishing agent.
