▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based conductive coating comprises (i) carrying out high temperature expansion for oxidation graphene and then mixing and ball milling with ionic liquid, preparing modified expansion oxidation graphene; (ii) reacting nano copper powder and 3-pyridyl-triethoxysilane to obtain modified nano copper powder, mixing the modified expansion oxide graphene modified nano copper powder, composite solvent, and polyether sulfone resin to prepare coating; and (iii) adjusting the viscosity and spraying, after drying, spraying for the second time to the needed thickness, and drying at high temperature to obtain the graphene-based conductive coating. USE - The graphene-based conductive coating is useful in aviation, electronic appliance, building, chemical industry, printing and other industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based conductive coating: has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
