NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced epoxy resin coating comprises 200 pts. wt. epoxy resin E51, 40-50 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 150-200 pts. wt. n-hexane, 8-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 2-3 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 120-150 pts. wt. methanol, 12-15 pts. wt. p-xylylenediamine, 1-2 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-12 pts. wt. aniline, 80-100 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, 80-100 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate solution, 6-8 pts. wt. octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 6-8 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, acetone and deionized water. USE - Graphene reinforced epoxy resin coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced epoxy resin coating is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent corrosion resistance and strong salt water resistance.
