NOVELTY - Preparation of surface modification material involves preparing quaternized chitosan-graphene oxide by coupling quaternized chitosan and graphene oxide, centrifuging the product suspension obtained from the synthesis of quaternized chitosan-graphene oxide, collecting the supernatant, adding dopamine, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, adjusting to acidity, dialyzing, adding dopamine, adjusting to alkaline, dialyzing, and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of surface modification material in preparation of internal implant (all claimed) e.g. orthopedic biocoating implant for improving bone integration in coating direction and reducing chronic inflammatory response. ADVANTAGE - The method produces surface modification material with multifunctional characteristic, and excellent treatment effect for infectious bone defect caused by wound, and antibacterial osteogenic and cell adhesion function.
