▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene PTFE composite microporous membrane preparing method involves adding graphene to a solvent and performing ultrasonic stripping to obtain nano grapheme, adding PTFE and mixing uniformly, and keeping aside at 40-60 degrees C for 15-20 hours to form a PTFE material. The PTFE material is compacted, followed by calendaring, biaxially stretching and sintering to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene PTFE composite microporous membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene PTFE composite microporous membrane with low energy consumption, better thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, better dust stripping and long time filtering process, and effectively eliminating static generated in the process of filtering.
