▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene/polyaniline composite anode is prepared by mixing 1-20 g graphene, 50-150 g aniline and 500-1000 ml of 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid, then adding 1-10 g ammonium persulfate at 0-4 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours; washing the product with 3 mass% hydrochloric acid and distilled water respectively for 3 times, drying at 80 degrees C and grinding; adding ground product, adhesive and organic solvent and ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to obtain paste; and coating the paste on surface of titanium plate electrode, and curing at 120-150 degrees C for 3-7 hours to form a composite anode. USE - Method of preparing graphene/polyaniline composite anode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, good stability, and low cost, and can obtain electrode with good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/polyaniline composite anode comprises: (A) uniformly mixing 1-20 g graphene, 50-150 g aniline and 500-1000 ml of 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid, then adding 1-10 g ammonium persulfate at 0-4 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours; (B) washing the product with 3 mass% hydrochloric acid and distilled water respectively for 3 times and drying at 80 degrees C; (C) grinding the product, adding ground product, adhesive and organic solvent at ratio of 70:20:10-80 and ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes, and stirring to obtain paste; and (D) coating the paste on surface of titanium plate electrode and drawing for several times, and curing at 120-150 degrees C for 3-7 hours to form a composite anode.
