NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-high-entropy alloy nano composite material comprises (i) taking carbon powder of an organic polymer film material carbon powder, mixing the carbon powder with solid particles uniformly to obtain a mixture, (ii) heating the mixture under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain graphite alkene product, cooling to room temperature, (iii) neutralizing and centrifuging the graphene product by dilute hydrochloric acid, (iv) adding deionized water or ethanediamine, ultrasonically processing to obtain dispersion of graphene porous, (v) adding metal salt and reducing agent to the dispersion graphene porous and the metal salt comprises copper chloride, zinc chloride, ferric chloride, nickel chloride and cobalt chloride in a molar ratio of 10-25%, (vi) carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution, cooling the reaction, cooling, washing and drying, and (vii) drying. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene-high-entropy alloy nano composite material used for shielding electromagnetic wave (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The oxidation graphene-high entropy alloy nano-composite material has high oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and friction resistance, and stable effect on the wave absorbing performance, and enhances the shielding effect in the 5-18 GHz oxidation resistance and stability.
