▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using self-assembled template metal deposition method to prepare nickel-based metal transparent conductive material on the high temperature-resistant transparent substrate. Carbon nanotube film is introduced by coating on the basis of the nickel-metal transparent material obtained. Chemical vapor deposition is used on the preparation of a graphene film on the nickel metal transparent material to obtain a metal-graphene/carbon nanotubes-tube composition transparent conductivity film. The packaging process is used to prepare a transparent high temperature resistant electrical heating device. USE - Method for preparing a transparent high temperature resistant electric heating device used in e.g. northern clean energy application and atmospheric pollution treatment of our country. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare transparent high temperature-resistant electric heating device, which has high transmission rate, high optical transmittance, and high heat resistance.
