NOVELTY - A high adhesion wear-resistant waterproof coating contains 54-57 pts. wt. bicomponent polyurethane, 22-26 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 21-24 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. defoamer, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. anti-freezing agent, 27-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-16 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH-570), and 4-7 pts. wt. sodium orthophosphate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high adhesion wear-resistant waterproof coating comprises 54-57 pts. wt. bicomponent polyurethane, 22-26 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 21-24 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. defoamer, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. anti-freezing agent, 27-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-16 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH-570), 4-7 pts. wt. sodium orthophosphate, 6-10 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, and 55-58 pts. wt. solvent in which modified graphene is prepared by placing 8-12 pts. wt. graphene and 26-30 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution into water bath at 65-68 degrees C, mixing into 1st reaction vessel, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain material A in which 1st ultrasonic dispersion time is 1.5-2 hours, 1st ultrasonic dispersion frequency is 25-28 kHz, and 1st ultrasonic dispersion power is 1000-1200 W, feeding material A into 3-6x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting pH to 6.8-7.1, aging for 2-3 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material B, adding material B, 26-29 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, and 13-16 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide into 2nd reaction vessel at 80-85 degrees C for 26-28 hours, distilling under vacuum state for 2-3 hours, aging for 2-2.5 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material C, adding material C and 12-15 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine into 3rd reaction vessel, ultrasonically dispersing in which 2nd ultrasonic dispersion time is 2-3 hours, 2nd ultrasonic dispersion frequency is 60-65 kHz, and 2nd ultrasonic dispersion power is 1100-1300 W, raising temperature to 106-110 degrees C for 2-3 hours, distilling under vacuum state for 1-1.6 hours, filtering, and drying in which sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution comprises 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid:52-55 wt.% nitric acid with volume ratio of 3-4:1-2.
