NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene-based modified plastic composite material comprises 95-99.9 wt.% plastic substrate and 0.1-5 wt.% three-dimensional graphene. USE - Used as three-dimensional graphene-based modified plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has reinforced electric conductivity and thermal and mechanical performance, flexibility, porosity and high active surface area; and can closely contact with the substrate material, so as to facilitate uniform distribution of three-dimensional graphene in the plastic substrate material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method; (ii) preparing three-dimensional graphene by dispersing graphene oxide in ultra-pure water under ultrasonic conditions, to obtain 1-2 mg/ml solution, transferring into a reaction kettle to react at 160-200 degrees C for 20-24 hours, washing with water, freezing and drying; and (iii) mixing steps (i) and (ii) products in a high speed mixer for 2-15 minutes, blending and pelleting by adding the solution into a double screw extruder, where the extruder temperature is 170-280 degrees C.
