NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticles composite electrode material involves adding sodium dodecyl sulfate to graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonically stirring until the solution is uniformly dispersed to obtain modified graphene oxide solution, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate is 1-30:1, adding nano-titanium dioxide powder to absolute ethyl alcohol, adding amination reagent, stirring and refluxing at 80-150 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours to obtain modified titanium dioxide, adding modified titanium dioxide to graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically stirring and mixing uniformly, transferring into high-pressure reaction kettle of polytetrafluoroethylene lining, hydrothermally reacting at 100-250 degrees C for 8-48 hours, cooling and washing, and vacuum freezing for 5-20 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticles composite electrode material used for super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing self-agglomeration of two materials, and improving composite rate so as to improve specific capacity.
