NOVELTY - Processing full-band radar camouflage net, comprises e.g. (i) making the foam base layer of the camouflage net by adding the ingredients of the processed foam material into a mixer to mix and stir evenly, transferring to the extruder to be extruded into tablets, irradiating at room temperature, and subjecting to high-temperature foaming treatment at 250-280degrees Celsius, (ii) pressing small patterns on one or both sides of the foam base layer, where the pattern size of the small pattern is 0.5-3 mm, the pattern gap is 0.1-3 mm, and the height of the pattern protrusion is 0.1-2 mm, (iii) setting with waterborne polyurethane coatings with superconducting shielding function, (iv) coating the above-mentioned paint on both sides of the foam base layer after the pattern is pressed to form a surface coating, and (v) fabricating Oxford cloth by coating the flame retardant layer paint on both sides of the Oxford cloth, coating a layer of anti-infrared coating on flame retardant layer. USE - The method is useful for processing full-band radar camouflage net. ADVANTAGE - The camouflage net: is compounded by pressing the foam base layer with small patterns and the upper and lower double layers of Oxford cloth; has simple technology and light weight; and realizes the protection and shielding of the full-band radar.
