NOVELTY - Anti-aging silicone grease conductive adhesive comprises 50-60 pts. wt. silicone resin monomer, 13-17 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 1.3-1.8 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. organic fluorine modified graphene oxide and 22-26 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as anti-aging silicone grease conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The anti-aging silicone improves anti-aging performance of the silicone grease conductive adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-aging silicone grease conductive adhesive comprises (i) taking silicone resin monomer, conductive filler, adhesion promoter, catalyst, organic fluorine modified graphene oxide and solvent, (ii) dissolving the silicone resin monomer and catalyst in a solvent, adding adhesion promoter, organic fluorine modified graphene oxide uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed material, (iii) adding conductive filler in the mixed material, dispersing uniformly, filtering, adding tackifier, dispersing uniformly to obtain crude product, and (iv) coating uniformly the crude product on the surface of the base material under the rolling condition to obtain anti-aging silicone grease conductive adhesive.
