NOVELTY - Light-controlled self-heating material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. fatty acid/silicon powder/carbon nanotube organic phase change material, 50-60 pts. wt. boric acid modified graphene, 70-80 pts. wt. polymer matrix deformation compound, 10-15 pts. wt. tetrasodium pyrophosphate decahydrate, 5-7.5 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. 4,4'-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate), and 3-5 pts. wt. 1,4'-butanediol. USE - Light-controlled self-heating material. ADVANTAGE - The light-controlled self-heating material increases the thermal conductivity and the tightness of the interface between the organic phase change material, the boric acid modified graphene and the polymer chain, and improves the comfort of the user. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing light-controlled self-heating material, which involves: (A) stirring 4,4'-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) and the polymer matrix deformation complex in a nitrogen-free atmosphere at 70-75 degrees C by weight at 200-300 revolution per minute for 1-1.5 hours, gradually dripoing the tetrasodium pyrophosphate decahydrate by weight as a nucleating agent during the stirring process, adding fatty acid/silicon powder/carbon nanotube organic phase change material and 1,4'-butanediol to the mixture; (B) adding boric acid-modified graphene and polyacrylamide as a thickener to the mixture and stirring for 30 minutes at 150-200 revolution per minute; and (C) adding sodium lauryl sulfate to the mixture, stirring at 80-100 revolution per minute for 10-20 minutes, and vacuum drying at 150-200 degrees C to obtain light-controlled self-heating material for steam room.
