▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High thermal conductive-graphene-tin-silver-based composite brazing material is obtained by performing metallization of graphene and tin-silver-based brazing material composition. The high thermal conductive-graphene-tin-silver-based composite brazing material comprises 0.1-1 %mass metallized graphene. Tin-silver-based brazing material comprises tin-silver alloy, tin-silver-copper alloy, tin-silver-copper-bismuth alloy, preferably tin-silver alloy. Metallized graphene is silver-plated graphene or copper-plated graphene, preferably silver-plated graphene. USE - High thermal conductive-graphene-tin-silver-based composite brazing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductive-graphene-tin-silver-based composite brazing material has high wettability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high thermal conductive-graphene-tin-silver-based composite brazing material.
