NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves soaking base substance into ethanol solution of biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase with certain concentration, drying base substrate after 10 minutes to 2 hours, attaching layer of biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase film on surface of base substance, subjecting base substance to heat treatment in protection of hydrogen-containing atmosphere, forming stacked graphene film on surface of base substance, and subjecting base substance to ultrasonic dispersion in alcohol solvent to separate the graphene film and base substance. USE - Preparation of graphene used in solar cell, nano-electronic device and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy, economical and simple preparation of high-quality graphene, with reduced energy consumption and high yield.
