▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Selected banana straw is crushed, sieved and dried, to obtain banana stalk powder. Triethanolamine soap is added to treated graphene and activated, to obtain activated graphene powder. Modified kaolin is added to banana stalk powder, and activated graphene powder, polylactic acid, potassium tripolyphosphate and composite (c1) are added to mixture, heated, stirred and cooled, to obtain three-dimensional printed primary material. The primary material is ground, and composite (c2) is added, mixed and extruded, to obtain printing consumable. USE - Preparation of consumable used for printing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of printing consumable has tensile strength of 56.26-62.67 MPa and breakage elongation of 46.78-48.62%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 96-158 pts. wt. Selected banana straw is crushed and sieved to 200-300 mesh, to obtain powder. The powder is dried at 100-105 degrees C for 2.23.5 hours, and moisture content is controlled to 1% or less, to obtain banana stalk powder. 28-36 pts. wt. Kaolin with pH of 8.7-10.8 and water content of 3% or less is ground and sieved to 200-300 mesh, to obtain kaolin powder. The kaolin powder is modified with 6-10 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, to obtain modified kaolin. 1.2-2 pts. wt. Graphene is stirred at magnetic field strength of 5200-6800 GS, ultrasonic power of 240-600 W, 40-55 degrees C and 200-300 rpm for 16-40 minutes, to obtain treated graphene. 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. Triethanolamine soap is added to treated graphene and activated at 52-76 degrees C and 60-150 rpm for 0.8-1.7 hours, to obtain activated graphene powder. Modified kaolin is added to banana stalk powder, and activated graphene powder, 62-78 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 24-35 pts. wt. potassium tripolyphosphate and 4.5-8.7 pts. wt. composite (c1) are added to mixture, heated at 180-225 degrees C, stirred at 200-300 rpm for 2.8-3.3 hours and cooled to room temperature, to obtain three-dimensional printed primary material. The three-dimensional printed primary material is ground at -92 degrees C to -155 degrees C, and 3.6-6.2 pts. wt. composite (c2) is added and mixed. The mixed mixture is added to screw extruder, extruded at 168-205 degrees C and 108-115 rpm, to obtain printing consumable.
