NOVELTY - A photothermal-pyroelectric heterojunction photovoltaic energy collector comprises photo-thermal region and pyroelectric region connected by epoxy resin. The pyroelectric region comprises pyroelectric material coated with electrode layer on upper and lower surfaces, forming a sandwich structure. The photo-thermal region comprises flexible film. USE - Photothermal-pyroelectric heterojunction photovoltaic energy collector. ADVANTAGE - The collector is simple to operate and economical, and does not generate noise.
