NOVELTY - Preparing bovine serum albumin-graphene oxide modified chitosan nano drug-loading system comprises (1) preparing oxidized graphene modified chitosan by weighing graphene oxide and chitosan, adding into a solvent I, heating, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding condensing agent under stirring conditions, stirring, carrying out reduced pressure distillation, adding a solvent II, stirring, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethanol, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide modified chitosan, (2) preparing bovine serum albumin-graphene oxide modified chitosan nanocarrier by adding acetic acid, heating, stirring, cooling, adding glutaraldehyde aqueous solution into the reaction solution, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing the obtained solid with detergent, and drying to obtain bovine serum albumin-graphene oxide modified chitosan nano-carrier. USE - The method is useful for preparing bovine serum albumin-graphene oxide modified chitosan nano drug-loading system.
