NOVELTY - A polyaspartic ester resin comprises 2-5 pts. wt. aminosilane-modified graphene oxide, 10-30 pts. wt. binary primary amine, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. alkaline catalyst, and 25-45 pts. wt. maleate. USE - Polyaspartic ester resin used for preparing anti-corrosion coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin has good dispersibility, high solid content, good elasticity, impact resistance, and good anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for: (1) preparation of polyaspartic ester resin comprising mixing aminosilane-modified graphene oxide, dibasic primary amine and alkaline catalyst, stirring, heating, adding maleate, heating, heat-preserving, and cooling to room temperature; (2) anti-corrosion coating comprising first component and second component at mass ratio of 1:1.5-3.5, where first component comprises an aliphatic isocyanate and elastic curing agent and second component comprises polyaspartic ester resin, antisettling agent, pigment, filler, molecular sieve, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, hydroxyacrylic resin, and organic solvent; and (3) preparation of anti-corrosion coating comprising stirring and dispersing aliphatic isocyanate and the elastic curing agent to obtain first component; mixing polyaspartic acid ester resin and anti-settling agent until the solution is transparent, adding pigment, filler, molecular sieve, defoamer, leveling agent, and dispersant, stirring, dispersing, grinding, adding hydroxy acrylic resin and organic solvent, stirring, and dispersing to obtain second component; and mixing components at mass ratio of 1:1.5-3.0 and stirring.
