NOVELTY - The preparation method of three-dimensional porous graphene film involves adding liquid oxidant and sulfate to graphene oxide aqueous solution, adjusting the pH value to 1-4 using acid and ultrasonically processing to form graphene oxide dispersion liquid, carrying out UV treatment of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid at power of 1500-4000 W for 30 seconds to 30 minutes, carrying out dialysis treatment to obtain porous graphene dispersed solution with negative electricity, adding p-phenylenediamine to negatively charged porous graphene dispersion solution and refluxing to obtain positively charged porous graphene dispersion solution, immersing amino-modified silicon substrate in negatively charged porous graphene dispersion solution and positively charged porous graphene dispersion solution and repeating for 1-60 times and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional porous graphene film, which is useful in gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of three-dimensional porous graphene film with high sensitivity and suitability.
