NOVELTY - Preparing zinc oxide/graphene catalyst that catalyzes thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate involves peeling off graphene nanosheets by a dry ball milling method to obtain pretreated graphene nanosheets. The pretreated graphene nanosheets are subjected to ultraviolet ozone treatment, then placed in a container made of multi-layer mesh crochets, placed in the deposition chamber of the atomic layer deposition apparatus for atomic layer deposition treatment to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing zinc oxide/graphene catalyst that catalyzes thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the dispersibility of the nano material, effectively solves the problem of agglomeration, and retains the larger specific surface area of the catalyst and more catalytic activity center.
