NOVELTY - The device has a welding monitoring and feedback system for monitoring the temperature of the laser induced graphene and the thermal deformation degree of the joint in real time and transmitting the information to the central control system. The central control system makes timely feedback based on the information and is provided with an infrared temperature measuring instrument and a displacement sensor. An end of the displacement sensor is placed on a processing platform to record the vertical displacement of the composite material plate during the welding process. The cooling fan assists in adjusting the local temperature of the composite material plate according to the feedback of the temperature and thermal deformation of the central control system, where the cooling fan rotation speed is increased after the end of the previous welding process to improve the welding efficiency. USE - Device for welding a thermoplastic composite material by using a laser-induced graphene as laser heating component. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes high efficiency and high quality of composite material welding without purchasing and placing additional induction component at the same time, avoids the condition of large resin overflow caused by the presence of induction component and pressure, and solves the problem of unstable temperature in the welding process and large deformation after welding due to the real-time monitoring and adjusting temperature and pressure. The device can adapt to the welding process of multiple thermoplastic resin-based composite materials and meet the welding requirements of complex curved composite material components. The radio frequency applicator is simple in structure, so that the radio frequency applicator can be modified conveniently according to needs.
