▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low-temperature resistant epoxy resin material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-25 pts. wt. phthalazinone poly(aryl ether sulfone), 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene and curing agent (balance amount). USE - Used as low temperature resistant epoxy resin material. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin material: has excellent ultralow temperature toughness, synergistic effect, high mechanical properties and excellent thermal stability at liquid nitrogen temperature, and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing epoxy resin material, comprising (i) heating epoxy resin to 100-120 degrees C, then adding graphene, and stirring for 10-12 hours to obtain a mixture A, (ii) subjecting the mixture A to ultrasonic vibration to obtain a mixture B, (iii) heating the mixture B to 140-160 degrees C, adding phthalazinone poly(aryl ether sulfone), then stirring for 60-120 minutes to obtain a mixture C, (iv) heating the mixture C to 100-120 degrees C, and adding curing agent to obtain a prepolymer, and carrying out curing reaction to obtain final product.
