NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene plastic composite pipe using modified graphene adding modified graphene powder into polyethylene resin, adding antioxidant and dispersing agent, mixing and dispersing, and extrusion granulating to obtain modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend masterbatch; and adding modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend masterbatch into polyethylene resin, stirring, extrusion molding to obtain graphene modified polyethylene inner tube, and bonding aluminum strip with graphene modified polyethylene inner tube and unmodified polyethylene outer layer to hot melt adhesive system. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyethylene plastic composite pipe using modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite pipe has improved mechanical strength and aging property, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyethylene plastic composite pipe using modified graphene comprises (i) adding 1x 10-3 to 1 pts. wt. surface treatment agent into 1-1000 pts. wt. solvent, stirring, adding 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder, stirring the mixture at high speed and ultrasonically dispersing to prepare modified graphene dispersion, and drying the spheroidal graphite to obtain modified graphene powder; (ii) adding 0.1-30 pts. wt. modified graphene powder into 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, adding 0.1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersing agent, mixing and dispersing, and extrusion granulating to obtain modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend masterbatch; and (iii) adding 1-100 pts. wt. modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend masterbatch into 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, stirring, extrusion molding to obtain graphene modified polyethylene inner tube, and finally bonding the aluminum strip with graphene modified polyethylene inner tube and unmodified polyethylene outer layer to hot melt adhesive system.
