▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A super-high temperature graphene oxide and carbon nanotube ceramic hybrid powder is synthesized by mixing catalyst, boron-containing organic polymer precursor, and zirconium-containing organic polymer precursor, grinding and dispersing, placing in 2 sides of hollow pores of cylindrical mold, heating under protection of inert gas for cracking reaction, and naturally cooling to 20-25 degrees C. USE - Synthesis of super-high temperature graphene oxide and carbon nanotube ceramic hybrid powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process has low cost and no agglomeration, does not cause machine damage and defect, produces high quality product, uses simple device, and is performed in-situ.
