▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material comprises (a) preparing surface-treated silicon carbide fibers; (b) adding a crosslinking agent containing an amine group to the surface-treated silicon carbide fiber to prepare a silicon carbide fiber surface-modified with the amine group; and (c) adding a graphene oxide solution to the surface-modified silicon carbide fiber to prepare silicon carbide fiber in which graphene oxide is bonded to the surface. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method forms silicon carbide fibers in which graphene oxide is bonded with the amine group by surface modification with amine group, is simple, and provides graphene-silicon carbide composite material in which graphene oxide is chemically bonded to silicon carbide fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material comprising silicon carbide fibers, and graphene oxide bound to an amine group on the surface of the silicon carbide fiber. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for producing graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
