ADVANTAGE - The hair conditioner has excellent hair softener, lustrous, easy combing, and antistatic; repair chemical dyeing, hair dye on hair and scalp; and does not mechanical damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of hair conditioner comprising adding fragrance, regulator and graphene into water, stirring at 500-18000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes to 2 hours, and allowing to stand for 2 hours under closed condition to obtain final product.
