▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-graphene gel material comprises 35-80 pts. wt. nano-graphene material, 15-35 pts. wt. beta -cyclodextrin, 10-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 20-45 pts. wt. alginic acid, 12-28 pts. wt. propylene glycol and 18-35 pts. wt. ethyl cellulose. USE - The material is useful for extracting exosomes from serum (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material extracting serum has high yield, high purity and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) taking nano-graphene, beta -cyclodextrin, polyethylene glycol, alginic acid, propylene glycol and ethyl cellulose and pulverizing graphene and remaining raw materials to be pulverized; (ii) adding deionized to the pulverized graphene and adding water placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonication, and uniformly dispersing graphene in deionized water, adding polyethylene glycol and beta -cyclodextrin, and ultrasonically stirring with a glass rod until polyethylene glycol and beta -cyclodextrin are uniformly dispersed; and (iii) adding alginic acid, propylene glycol, ethyl cellulose to the solution obtained in the step (ii), taking out from ultrasonic device and placing on a magnetic stirrer for heating and stirring until alginic acid, propylene glycol and ethyl cellulose are completely dissolved and dispersing.
