NOVELTY - Method for preparing vanadium dioxide and graphene oxide composite material involves (a) preparing vanadyl glycol by mixing the vanadium source and ethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 1:(1-20), stirring and reacting at 30-200° C for 2-12 hours, cooling to normal temperature and filtering to obtain glycol vanadyl solution and (b) placing the vanadium ethylene glycol solution, graphene oxide solution, and deionized water into the hydrothermal reaction kettle in a volume ratio of 1:1:3-10, reacting at 120-220° C for 12-24 hours, cooling, immersing the reaction product in deionized water for 24 hours, and freeze-drying to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing vanadium dioxide and graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is short in reaction process, and simple in operation, does not produce toxic and harmful substances, is economical and environmentally-friendly, does not require large-scale equipment and harsh medium atmosphere and achieves large-scale industrial production.
