NOVELTY - The device has first output unit adapted to deliver first output signal (VDS1) and provided between a drain (D1) of first transistor (TGR1) and a common source (S) of the first transistor. Second output unit is adapted to deliver second output signal (VDS2). The second output unit is provided between a drain (D2) of second transistor (TGR2) and a source of the second transistor. The source of the second transistor is connected to the source of the first transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor are formed with a channel that comprises a graphene layer. USE - Single-ended-to-differential conversion electronic device i.e. active Balun device. ADVANTAGE - The device solves issues of bulkiness and process variation, and enhances frequency range. The graphene layer is formed such that the transistors are favorable for production of differential signals with better symmetry and improved conduction properties for holes and electrons.
