NOVELTY - Preparing electronic product shell material comprises e.g. carrying out activation treatment of resin powder with graphene powder, diatomite, polyacrylate and vermiculite powder, dispersing, adding petroleum ether and palm oil, heating at 120-140 degrees C and stirring reaction for 15-20 minutes to obtain material A, mixing ethylene octene copolymer, acetate fiber, polylactic acid, composite modifier and flame retardant into the reactor, reacting at 220-265 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding polyethylene wax, heat stabilizer and antioxidant, cooling to 110-135 degrees C and reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain material B, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into the material B, adding starch and wood plastic powder, heating, stirring to obtain material C, adding material A and material C into the twin-screw machine, adding titanate coupling agent, reacting for 1-2 hours, extruding, molding, drying and then re-forming to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing electronic product shell material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high intensity; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing electronic product shell material comprises (i) carrying out activation treatment of resin powder with graphene powder, diatomite, polyacrylate and vermiculite powder, dispersing, adding petroleum ether and palm oil, heating at 120-140 degrees C and stirring reaction for 15-20 minutes to obtain material A, (ii) mixing ethylene octene copolymer, acetate fiber, polylactic acid, composite modifier and flame retardant into the reactor, reacting at 220-265 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding polyethylene wax, heat stabilizer and antioxidant, cooling to 110-135 degrees C and reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain material B, (iii) adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into the material B, adding starch and wood plastic powder, heating, stirring at 90-110 degrees C, at 220-260 revolutions per minute for 30-35 minutes to obtain material C, and (iv) adding material A and material C into the twin-screw machine, adding titanate coupling agent, reacting for 1-2 hours, extruding, molding, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 30-40 minutes and then re-forming to obtain final product.
