NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional (3D) printing flexible solid lithium ion capacitor comprises (i) adding polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF), graphene, carbon nano-tube and lithium cobaltate into solvent A for ultrasonic treatment to obtain solution A, mechanically stirring solution A, and performing constant temperature treatment to obtain nano-micro multi-level structure conductive ink, (ii) adding ionic liquid polymer, ionic plastic crystal and photo-curing monomer into container, adding ethanol into container, adding photoinitiator, and preparing solid electrolyte, (iii) adding chloroauric acid powder, solvent B, hard carbon, oxidizing graphene, oil amine, triisopropyl silane, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution B, mechanically stirring solution B, and performing constant temperature treatment, and (iv) placing aforementioned two electrodes in reducing agent and soaking to reduce graphene oxide, and assembling aforementioned anode sheet and cathode sheet. USE - The method is useful in wear-resistant electronic, artificial intelligence, energy and research of flexible electronic energy storage period. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, high production efficiency, excellent product consistency, industrial batch production, greatly improves the consistency and excellent product rate of the product. The capacitor has wide working voltage (2.5-4.4 V), high specific energy (more than 100 Wh/kg), good cycle performance characteristics, and improved specific capacity and working voltage range. The three-dimensional graphene, carbon nano-tube and superfine gold nano-wire have the function of conductive agent and current collector in the electrode, reduces the active slurry coating step, so as to avoid the problem of uneven coating, simplifies the structure of the super capacitor, reduces the whole weight of the device, and compounds the lithium cobaltate with higher graphene capacity and voltage window to greatly improve the specific capacity.
