▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene material comprises performing partial reduction of graphene oxide with high oxidation degree by high-temperature hydrothermal treatment and modifying surface of graphene with oxygen-containing functional groups. The oxygen-containing functional group can prevent the graphitization and agglomeration between graphene sheets, improve the affinity of graphene surface to electrolyte, generate highly reversible oxidation-reduction reaction and improve charge storage capacity. USE - The preparation of graphene material is used for supercapacitors with modified oxygen-containing functional groups surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high specific capacity, good rate performance and super long cycle stability.
