NOVELTY - An integrated device comprises a jacket reactor, an ultrasonic signal generator, a magnetic stirrer, a low-temperature cooling water circulating system and a circulating oil bath system. The jacket reactor is arranged on the magnetic stirrer. The ultrasonic signal generator is arranged on an upper portion of the jacket reactor. A reaction chamber of the jacket reactor is provided with ultrasonic wave. An outer layer of the jacket reactor is provided with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The outer layer of the jacket reactor has cooling and heating functions. USE - Integrated device is useful for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The integrated device is automatic to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An integrated device comprises a jacket reactor, an ultrasonic signal generator, a magnetic stirrer, a low-temperature cooling water circulating system and a circulating oil bath system. The jacket reactor is arranged on the magnetic stirrer. The ultrasonic signal generator is arranged on an upper portion of the jacket reactor. A reaction chamber of the jacket reactor is provided with ultrasonic wave. An outer layer of the jacket reactor is provided with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The outer layer of the jacket reactor has cooling and heating functions. The low-temperature cooling water circulating system and circulating oil bath system are respectively connected to the inlet pipe through corresponding outlet pipelines. An outlet pipeline of the low-temperature cooling water circulation system is provided with a cooling water outlet switching valve. An outlet pipeline of the circulating oil bath system is provided with a heating oil outlet switching valve. The low-temperature cooling water circulating system and the circulating oil bath system are respectively connected to the outlet pipe through corresponding inlet pipelines. A water return pipeline of the low-temperature cooling water circulation system is provided with a water return switching valve. An oil return pipeline of the circulating oil bath system is provided with an oil return switching valve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the graphene oxide using the integrated device.
