NOVELTY - Production of solar cell graphene film electrode comprising taking spiral metal foil, heating under hydrogen atmosphere at 700-1000 degrees C for 0-60 minutes, adding hydrocarbon gas, incubating for 1-60 minutes, cooling, coating to organic colloids, heating at 80-180 degrees C for 1-20 minutes, soaking in etching solution, removing metal foil, adding deionized water, washing, heating at 80-180 degrees C for 1-20 minutes, adding acetone and alcohol, removing organic colloids and immersing in ferric chloride solution. Alcohol is ethanol and/or isopropanol. USE - Method for preparing solar cell graphene film electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has 30-60 ohm resistance and 90-96% light transmittance.
