NOVELTY - Preparing graphene electrode comprises e.g. providing a metal substrate, forming photoresist layer on the metal substrate, providing a mask, and exposing the photoresist layer through the mask, developing exposed photoresist layer to form a patterned photoresist layer on the metal substrate, covering metal substrate with a patterned photoresist layer and forming on the carbon source, patterning a portion of the carbon source covered with the photoresist layer, covering the other part directly on the patterned photoresist exposed metal substrate, and heating the metal substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and reduce difficulty of patterned grapheme electrode; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene electrode comprises providing a metal substrate, forming photoresist layer on the metal substrate, providing a mask, and exposing the photoresist layer through the mask, developing exposed photoresist layer to form a patterned photoresist layer on the metal substrate, covering metal substrate with a patterned photoresist layer and forming on the carbon source, patterning a portion of the carbon source covered with the photoresist layer, covering the other part directly on the patterned photoresist exposed metal substrate, heating the metal substrate under the protection of inert gas, covering carbon source that directly on the metal substrate, catalyzing metal substrate to form grapheme, using the patterned photo-resist layer and covered on the patterned photo-resist layer of the carbon source, peeling off from the metal substrate, covering directly the graphene on the metal substrate to form a patterned graphene, providing a target substrate, transferring patterned grapheme into the target substrate, forming graphene electrode pattern on the target substrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for liquid crystal display panel comprising a graphite electrode, where the graphene electrode prepared by the above method.
