NOVELTY - Making terahertz technology and graphene far-infrared heating plate comprises (i) preparing graphene solution; (ii) choosing proper substrate; (iii) heating the base plate, and spraying the graphene solution prepared in the step (i) on the heated substrate; (iv) setting the terahertz emission source on the substrate after spraying in the step (iii) to obtain the heating plate; and (v) heating the heating plate, generating far infrared, and generating terahertz wave. USE - The method is useful for making terahertz technology and graphene far-infrared heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene far infrared heating plate can form resonance effect with water, making the large water molecular group not easy to be absorbed by the human to generate resonance to depolymerize the molecular group; re-combining into small water molecular group; in the process, removing the pollutant adsorbed on the surface of the water molecular group; the irradiated water is more beneficial for human health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composition of terahertz technology and graphene far-infrared heating plate, comprising the composition of the graphene solution including a main solution and additives, where the main solution comprising 30-80 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. indium trichloride, 2-5 pts. wt. antimony trichloride and 2-8 pts. wt. ammonium fluoride, and the additives comprising 2-5 pts. wt. titanium chloride, 3-8 pts. wt. tin tetrachloride, 3-8 pts. wt. ferric chloride, 5-10 pts. wt. bismuth trichloride and 1-15 pts. wt. ammonium chloride.
