USE - Degaussing self-healing polyurethane cable material used for sheath and insulating layer of wire and cable in deep-sea craft (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Degaussing self-healing polyurethane cable material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. degaussing polyurethane master batch, 30-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane matrix, 20-30 pts. wt. organic functional masterbatch, 10-20 pts. wt. organosilicon compound, 5-10 pts. wt. inorganic functional filler, 4-8 pts. wt. nitrogen and phosphorus-containing multifunctional ionic liquid surfactant, 20-40 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, 10-15 pts. wt. flame retardant carrier, 10-20 pts. wt. co-dispersant, 50-80 pts. wt. self-healing microcapsule powder. The degaussing polyurethane masterbatch is a polyurethane material with high electromagnetic shielding and degaussing functions, and the main raw material component of its preparation includes 50-100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 40-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 5-10 pts. wt. diisocyanate, and 5-15 pts. wt. inorganic functional filler modified with active group. The self-repairing microcapsule powder is a self-repairing microcapsule solid powder with an isocyanate group-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, and is prepared by mixing polyol and isocyanate with specific set amount to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer, adding inorganic material to the polyurethane prepolymer, obtaining the emulsified dispersion of the polyurethane prepolymer through emulsification, adding a pH adjuster to the emulsified dispersion to obtain a microcapsule suspension, and drying by suction filtration to obtain a microcapsule solid powder. The organic functional master batch is prepared from 20-40 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate grafted maleic anhydride copolymer, 30-50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane powder, and 10-20 pts. wt. erucamide. The ionic liquid surfactant is a nitrogen-phosphorus multifunctional ionic liquid surfactant, which is mainly prepared from cyanuric acid, diisocyanate, imidazole, phosphoric acid ester and epichlorohydrin as raw material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing self-healing polyurethane cable material, which involves: (a)mixing thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer, diisocyanate and inorganic functional filler modified with active group at a high speed of 2000-2500 revolutions per minute for 8-15 minutes; (b) mixing uniformly; (c)putting the mixture into an internal mixer with a temperature of 100-130℃, mixing for 8-15 minutes to obtain a premixed degaussing polyurethane masterbatch; (d) placing degaussing polyurethane masterbatch, organic functional masterbatch, organosilicon compound, nitrogen-phosphorus multifunctional ionic liquid surfactant, halogen-free flame retardant, flame retardant carrier, co-dispersant and self-healing microcapsule powder raw material in internal mixer at a temperature of 100-130℃, mixing for 10-15 minutes; and (e) placing compounded cable stock in a twin-screw extruder with a temperature of 100-150℃ for extrusion and pelletization.
