NOVELTY - A negative electrode active material comprises a graphene oxide layer and a mesoporous carbon polymer-metal oxide complex provided on the graphene oxide layer. USE - Active material is used for negative electrode of lithium secondary battery (all claimed), fuel cell, super-capacitor and ultra-capacitor used for mobile telephone, notebook computer and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode containing active material provides lithium secondary battery with high capacity and excellent structural stability and battery characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) lithium secondary battery; and (2) manufacture of anodal active material.
