NOVELTY - Polypropylene self-reinforced composite material comprises 2-3 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 180-200 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3.5-4 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium acrylate, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. initiator, 1-2 pts. wt. hard fat acid salt, 2-4 pts. wt. tridecyl phenyl phosphite, 3-5 pts. wt. microcrystalline paraffin, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. lauryl dimethyl amine oxide and 1-4 pts. wt. epoxy propanol. USE - Used as polypropylene self-reinforced composite material for suitcase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves mechanical strength and toughness of polypropylene matrix and mechanical properties of he matrix material, and is prepared into a travel. Box, can improve mechanical strength of suitcase and reduces breakage rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing polypropylene self-reinforced composite material comprising (i) adding an initiator to 10-17 times weight isopropanol, stirring uniformly to obtain an initiator solution, (ii) taking carbon fiber, mixing with sodium acrylate, adding to acetone of 8-11 times( mixture), stirring, introducing to 45-50 degrees C constant temperature water bath, adding glycidol, stirring for 2-3 hours, discharging, adding initiator solution, introducing nitrogen gas, maintaining the temperature reaction kettle to 60-65 degrees C, adding graphene oxide, stirring mixture for 3-4 hours, discharging material, adding lauryl dimethyl oxide. amine, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes, performing suction filtration, washing filter cake with water, drying in vacuum to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iii) adding microcrystalline paraffin to of 11-17 times weight of dimethylformamide, stirring, adding diethylenetriamine, stirring at 50-55 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, distill under vacuum to remove dimethylformamide to obtain pre-treated paraffin, and (iv) taking modified graphene oxide, pre-mixed paraffin, stirring, heating at 150-160 degrees C, adding polypropylene, incubating and stirring for 2-3 hours, adding stearate, tris nonylphenyl into extruder for extrusion; and (2) molding method of suitcase, comprises polypropylene self-reinforced composite material.
