▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The nano-concrete voided slab with hexagonal shear reinforcement attains highest tensile strength, compressive strength, and bonding capacity between intermolecular arrangements changed by graphene and nano-silica. The slab is provided with improved bending strength along with load carrying capacity, shear strength, young's modulus and ductility. The thermal insulator, wear resistance, shock resistance, and corrosion resistance are compared to attain higher wear resistance. USE - Ultra-high strength nano-concrete voided slab for use in building slab, roof, runway, bridge deck, parking floor, pavement, floor, ceiling, garage, and outdoor wearing surface. ADVANTAGE - The slab with hexagonal shear reinforcement is provided for enhancing improved compressive strength, bending strength, and shear strength with more engineering properties. The optimum dose of graphene and nano-silica in concrete mix design maximizes performance of voided slab at ultra-high level. The nano material enhances structural properties of concrete material without changing grade of concrete along with reducing sizes of structural element.
