▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing functional membrane used for lithium sulfur battery involves coating first slurry on positive side of base film to obtain first coating on base film, coating second slurry on negative side of base film forming a second coating to obtain the functional diaphragm for lithium sulfur battery, preparing first slurry by mixing the dispersant with the first solvent, stirring uniformly, adding carbon conductor and the first adhesive, stirring uniformly, grinding to obtain the first slurry, where the dispersant includes polyacrylic acid ammonium salt, trimethylammonium hydrochloride and polyethylene glycol and the carbon conductor is graphene and super-p or carbon black, and the first adhesive is polyvinylidene fluoride or polyacrylate, and preparing second slurry by adding unsaturated carboxylic acid and the second binder in the second solvent. USE - Method for preparing functional membrane used for improving capacity conservation rate and coulomb efficiency of lithium sulfur battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve the ion conductivity of the membrane, which is good for reducing the polarization of the battery, so as to improve the multiplying power performance of the battery.
