▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-based aerogel-supported modified polyethylene glycol composite phase change material comprises (1) mixing saccharides with water to form hydrogel, (2) adding carbon-based material in the above-mentioned hydrogel, and obtaining carbon-based aerogel by freeze-drying method, (3) uniformly dispersing the nano-particles in the organic solvent, adding the molten polyethylene glycol, and uniformly mixing to obtain the modified polyethylene glycol, and (4) mixing the polyethylene glycol modified in the step (3) with the aerogel prepared in the step (2), performing vacuum impregnation to prepare carbon-based aerogel-supported modified polyethylene glycol composite phase change materials. USE - The material is useful in in battery thermal management (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent stability due to the hollow structure of the three-dimensional network, impregnation rate and latent heat storage performance can be as high as 87% or more and has high thermal conductivity and nanoparticles are used as thermal conductivity enhancers; at the same time, has certain synergy between the two, so that the phase change material has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity and high latent heat; is not easy to leak; and has excellent application prospect in battery thermal management. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon-based aerogel-supported modified polyethylene glycol composite phase change material prepared by the preparation method.
