NOVELTY - A bentonite grafting agent comprises bentonite, 5-6% sodium pyrophosphate based on weight of bentonite, and 60-70% maleic anhydride based on weight of bentonite. USE - The bentonite grafting agent is used for modified epoxy resin for anticorrosive agent for grounded net (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The grafting agent contains sodium pyrophosphate and maleic anhydride which form a stable space steric hindrance on surface of grafting agent to enhance anti-corrosion performance of bentonite grafting agent. The sheet structure of bentonite grafting agent is inserted in modified epoxy resin to improve shrinkage and corrosion resistance of modified epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of bentonite grafting agent comprising bentonite in water, uniformly stirring, adjusting reaction temperature to 65-75degrees Celsius, adding sodium pyrophosphate, uniformly stirring, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 4.5-5.5, obtaining reaction precursor, performing microwave treatment for reaction precursor for 20-30 minutes, washing sample by water, calcining sample at 100-300degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, obtaining pre-processed bentonite, adding pre-processed bentonite and maleic anhydride into ethanol, stirring at 100-150degrees Celsius, water washing, and drying; (2) preparation of modified epoxy resin comprising uniformly mixing and stirring rare earth lanthanum chloride and epoxy resin, water washing, drying, performing heat activation treatment at 90-100degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, and obtaining heat activated epoxy resin; mixing dodecyl dimethyl tert-amine and N-dimethyl acetamide at weight ratio of 3: 1, and adding aqueous ammonia to adjust pH to 10.0 to obtain surface modifying liquid; adding heat activated epoxy resin into surface modifying liquid, dispersing, and obtaining modified epoxy resin; and mixing modified epoxy resin with bentonite grafting agent at weight ratio of 4: 1, putting in screw extruder, and extruding time for 10-20 minutes; (3) an anticorrosive agent comprising modified epoxy resin; and (4) preparation of anticorrosive agent comprising adding modified epoxy resin, wollastonite powder, pre-processed graphene nanosheet, coupling agent and sodium dodecyl sulfate into stirrer, stirring and mixing at rotating speed of 100-500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 20-30 minutes, continuously stirring at rotating speed of 1000-1500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, curing at 60-80degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
