NOVELTY - Preparation of polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet with anti-pollution function and antibacterial function involves polycondensing graphene oxide and EDTA using 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, ultrasonically-processing graphene oxide and dispersing in dimethylformamide, reacting for 4-5 hours, dripping diethylenetriamine into the three-necked flask, rapidly stirring, washing, freeze-drying and sealing and preserving to obtain aminated graphene oxide, adding aminated graphene oxide to deionized water and ultrasonically-processing, dispersing a titanium dioxide in toluene solution and ultrasonically-processing, adding the aminated graphene oxide solution to the titanium dioxide solution, mixing and stirring to obtain aminated graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite catalyst, and mixing polyvinyl chloride and aminated graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite catalyst to obtain a formulation system and calendering. USE - Preparation of polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet (claimed) with anti-pollution function and antibacterial function. ADVANTAGE - When commonly-used titanium dioxide nanomaterial is introduced into the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet, the photocatalytic effect of the titanium dioxide nanomaterial is used to improve the antibacterial function of the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet. Graphene oxide is used to modify the amino group of titanium dioxide nanomaterial to improve the photocatalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide under sunlight, thereby improving the anti-pollution function of the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet with anti-pollution function and antibacterial function involves (i) slowly adding 200-250 ml concentrated sulfuric acid to a 1 l three-necked flask in an ice-water bath, adding 10-15 g graphite and 3-5 g sodium nitrate in sequence, stirring for 1-1.5 hour, slowly adding 25-35 g potassium permanganate, stirring mechanically in an ice-water bath for 1.5-2 hour, heating at 30-40℃, reacting for 2-2.5 hour, slowly adding 200-250 ml deionized water at 30-40℃, heating at 80-90℃, stirring for 10-20 minutes, slowly adding 400-500 ml deionized water into the system, stirring for 2 minutes, adding 20-25 ml hydrogen peroxide to terminate the reaction, stirring for 10-20 minutes, centrifuging and repeatedly washing with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water for several times until the pH of the product is 7 to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) polycondensing graphene oxide and EDTA using 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide as crosslinking agents, ultrasonically-processing graphene oxide for 2-3 hours and dispersing in dimethylformamide, transferring to a three-necked flask, controlling the temperature of a reactor to 5℃ or less, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, stirring at 200-300 rpm, reacting for 4-5 hours, dripping diethylenetriamine into the three-necked flask, rapidly stirring at 500-600 rpm and at room temperature for 6 hours to obtain a mixed solution, washing the mixed solution using deionized water three times to remove impurities, placing in a Petri dish, freeze-drying with a vacuum dryer and sealing and preserving to obtain aminated graphene oxide, (iii) adding a certain amount of aminated graphene oxide to deionized water and ultrasonically-processing for 1 hour to make it uniformly disperse, dispersing a titanium dioxide in toluene solution and ultrasonically-processing, adding the aminated graphene oxide solution to the titanium dioxide solution, in which the mass ratio of aminated graphene oxide with respect to titanium dioxide is 5-10:95-90, mixing and stirring for 4-5 hours to obtain aminated graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite catalyst, and (iv) mixing polyvinyl chloride and aminated graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite catalyst in a mass ratio of 100:0.02-0.5 to obtain a formulation system of the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet and calendering.
