NOVELTY - Performing protein coating of a material comprises selecting a material whose surface is electrostatically charged with positive or negative charges or functionalizing the surface of a material with positive or negative charges, synthesizing a complex protein by fusing an amino acid tail with at least one ligand protein, where at least one end of the amino acid tail comprises amino acids with an electrostatic charge opposite the charge on the surface of the material and bioconjugation, by electrostatic bonds, where the surface of the material obtained with the amino acid tail comprised in the synthesized protein complex. USE - Method for performing the protein coating of a material for the labeling of neurons or tumor cells, for the manufacture of a medicine, where the medicament is a sustained-release drug medicament (all claimed).
