NOVELTY - Water-proof coating comprises 50-65 pts. wt. organic resin, 6-10 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-30 pts. wt. filler, 6-9 pts. wt. fiber, and 5-8 pts. wt. fungicide. USE - The waterproof coating is useful for underground drainage pipeline joint used in urban water supply, gas, thermal power, pollution discharge and lifeline engineering. Uses include but are not limited to earthquake, geological disaster, ground overload and underground engineering excavation. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good anti-corrosion performance, strong anti-seepage waterproof performance, good adhesive force with the base body, simple and easy to obtain, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-proof coating comprising (1) preparing modifying agent, configuring modifying agent, modifying agent is silane coupling agent solution, (2) dispersing the graphene into deionized water to obtain a graphene dispersion, placing the graphene dispersion in a reaction kettle, adding the silane coupling agent solution, heating, stirring for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified graphene solution, (3) adding the filler into the mixer, stirring and mixing at a certain temperature for 20-30 minutes, atomizing and spraying the silane coupling agent solution into the mixer, keeping warm, stirring and mixing for 20-30 minutes, stop stirring and cool to room temperature to obtain a modified filler, (4) preparing of a modified composite of graphene and filler, adding the modified filler to the modified graphene solution while stirring, heat-preserve, mixing and stirring for 20-30 minutes at 50-60°C, cooling to room temperature, washing, filtering, drying, pulverizing, sieving to obtain the modified compound of graphene and filler, (5) preparing waterproof coating, stirring and mixing the modified compound of graphene and filler, the fiber, the bactericide and the organic resin according to the proportioning ratio, adding the curing agent, stirring and mixing to obtain a premix, melting and extruding the premix, cooling and chopping into flakes, grinding and sieving the obtained flakes to obtain the waterproof coating.
